The McGuire Studio is located on the first floor at Second & Main Studios.

This studio features 9 foot tall ceilings and 2 large windows. The best natural light for this space is 12PM-7PM.

This studio features one fireplace and hardwood floors, dating 1915 circa.

This studio is ideal for Boudoir and Couples. McGuire is Adult Only, 18+ years of age and a 2 guest maximum.

McGuire features a vanity set, queen bed, accent chair and clawfoot tub. McGuire is dark, moody, sultry and filled of textures, vintage mirrors, lights and chandeliers. The walls, doors, trim and ceiling are painted a deep dark green with undertones of black. 

Satin black sheets are on the bed, we also have a set of gold satin sheets located in the vanity if you choose to switch out the bedding for your desired look. 

Second & Main Studios offers a professional hair and makeup studio which pairs perfectly with our McGuire Studio, called Glamour & Glow. This is a separate studio space to rent for your professional hair stylists and make up artists. 

Rates start at $65/hr.
